Return eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the item must:
- be unused and in its original condition
- be in its original packaging
- be returned within 7 days of delivery
- not be marked as final sale or non-returnable
Non-returnable items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- products that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery
- items returned without prior contact with our support team
- final sale or clearance items
- gift cards or downloadable products, if offered
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging so we can review the issue and help you as quickly as possible.
Return shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
Order cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After that, we may not be able to cancel the order if processing has already started.
